These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Sonic77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Sonic77 website located at sonic77.cam and all related sub-domains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and ancillary services (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager through Sonic77, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and irevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Sonic77.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with Sonic77, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are natural person aged21 years of age or older.
2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on the Sonic77 platform or any other gaming platform with which Sonic77 maintains a shared exclusion agreement.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Sonic77 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. You have not previously had a Sonic77 account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
7. You are not a professional sports player, referee, official, or any person whose participation in sports betting could constitute a conflict of interest under applicable rules of the relevant sporting body.

Each Member may hold onlyone (1) Sonic77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to keep this information up to date by notifying Sonic77 of any changes via the account settings panel or live support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Sonic77 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security are your sole responsibility.

Sonic77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all members as a condition of operating compliant gaming platform. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, when a member's cumulative transaction volume exceeds defined thresholds, or at any time Sonic77 dems it necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC/MyKad), driver's licence, or passport (photo page). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Indah Water, Syabas), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your name and registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken on the date of submission.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions, Sonic77 may request additional documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by Sonic77 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, if unresolved for a prolonged period, may result in account closure and return of the member's deposited funds (net of any bonus credits received).

Sonic77 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20/ERC20, BNB). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

You agree and warrant that:

• All funds deposited to your Sonic77 account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method used and have the legal authority to operate it.
• You will not attempt to deposit funds via payment methods registered to third parties, including family members.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, and fraudulent deposit claims will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus credits) subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's KYC verification has been successfully completed and approved by Sonic77's compliance team.
2. No active investigation into the member's account activity is currently being conducted.
3. The withdrawal amount does not exceed the member's available real-money balance.
4. Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the current balance have been satisfied in full.
5. The withdrawal request does not trigger any anti-money-laundering (AML) review thresholds that require additional documentation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Sonic77 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to alternative payment methods where fraud prevention or regulatory requirements necessitate it.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals (via FPX/DuitNow to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are processed within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, generally 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion and the cryptocurrency selected.

Sonic77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referal bonuses, and VIP loyalty incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (typically 20x–30x the bonus amount, as stated in the individual promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering Deadline: Wagering requirements must be completed within30 calendar days from the date bonus is credited to the member's account, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire after 30 days if not activated. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Bet Limits During Bonus Play: Maximum bets per round or spin while a bonus is active may be restricted (typically RM 50per bet or spin). Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held by a member at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the prior bonus being voided.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through collusion, use of automated tools, arbitrage strategies, or any other manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings derived therefrom, and potential account suspension.

Sonic77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any member found to be abusing promotional offers.

All wagers placed on Sonic77 — whether on casino games, live casino tables, sportsbook events (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered markets), or any other offered product — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• Sonic77 reserves the right to refuse any wager without providing a reason, particularly where unusual betting patterns, suspicious activity, or system errors are identified.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game settings, or any other published information resulting from a technical fault or human error, Sonic77 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes. Winings derived from manifestly erroneous odds or settings will not be paid.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is as published by the respective game provider.
• For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer and pit supervisor are final, subject to video review in the event of a dispute.
• Sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with Sonic77's sportsbook rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sonic77 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Sonic77 reserves the right to take any and all actions it dems appropriate in response, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any such gain will be reversed and the responsible member's account closed.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from money laundering, tax evasion, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any other payment reversal scheme.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your Sonic77 account under any circumstances.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sonic77 customer support staff or other users of the platform.

All content on the Sonic77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, logos, sounds, video content, software code, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, are the exclusive property of Sonic77 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Sonic77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonic77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winings.
• Losses arising from temporary service unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical errors.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Sonic77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Sonic77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligation to support these individuals seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Sonic77 Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure reminders and automatic session cut-offs.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your time spent gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days without permanently closing their account.

Sonic77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others):

• Failure to complete required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activity.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Member is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Member request (voluntary account closure).

Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or terms violation, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which Sonic77 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first seek resolution through Sonic77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated by Sonic77's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.

Sonic77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Sonic77 will provide reasonable notice to Members via in-platform notification, email, or prominent website announcement prior to the changes taking effect. The updated effective date will be reflected at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.
